Volha began her career as an Assistant Manager with Fluor Daniels Construction Company and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where she gained firsthand experience in American construction business operations while working on the first American Embassy in Belarus.

With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Volha later applied her analytical skills in finance while working as a financial analyst for the first Ford Motor Company assembly plant in Belarus.

Following the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, Volha was inspired to become a voice for those affected by the tragedy. She later worked as a consultant at the United Nations and launched one of the first websites with an extensive database documenting the aftermath of Chernobyl.

Volha brings strong analytical skills, proactive thinking, attention to detail, strong ethics, expertise in evaluating safety and liability issues, and years of negotiation experience with world-class companies and organizations.

Volha is also the author of Selling Is Dancing. She views every transaction as a dance with her clients — attentive, gentle, smooth, and carefully guided, without missing a beat or stepping on anyone’s toes.
